FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for dynamic, responsible individuals with a strong service orientation to join our team as servers. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, excel in fast-paced environments, and be able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and a positive attitude. It is essential to remain calm under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and understand the importance of follow-up and attention to detail.

Profile Requirements:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in restaurants or events.

Ability to perform effective and suggestive sales to increase table consumption.

Capacity to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.

Positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent personal presentation.

Commitment to providing high-quality service and a positive guest experience.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Fluency in Spanish (mandatory requirement).
Basic knowledge of cash register operation and payment handling.

Familiarity with the menu and willingness to learn about food and beverage offerings.

Availability to assist in the planning and execution of special events and banquets.

Responsibilities:

Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
Make suggestive sales of dishes and drinks, promoting featured products.

Provide clear and accurate information about the menu and offer recommendations.

Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with established guidelines.
Process payments and operate the cash register accurately.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

HOURS: 30-40 hours per week
