About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment, values quality and detail, and enjoys connecting with customers.
Responsibilities
*Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, including consistent latte art.
*Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and professional approach.
*Assist in daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
*Perform prep work, including portioning, batching ingredients, and restocking to support smooth service.
*Lead by example and support junior staff with training and guidance when needed.
*Work independently and stay accountable while ensuring smooth cafe operations.
*Maintain reliability and trustworthiness in all aspects of work.
*Pay close attention to detail to uphold food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
*Adapt quickly to seasonal menu changes and learn new recipes or preparation methods as needed.
